Craig R. Mathias, CPA, CGMA
Mr. Mathias, partner, is a graduate of California State University, Northridge (CSUN). He is an alumnus of a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm, Audit Division. His areas of emphasis are accounting (compilation, review, audit), taxation and computer based accounting systems. Mr. Mathias is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California CPA Society. Mr. Mathias served on the faculty of California State University, Northridge for fourteen years and lectures extensively at other venues.
Mr. Mathias is a member of the AICPA Tax Section.
Terry D. Deever, CPA, CFP®
Mr. Deever, partner, is a graduate of California State University, Northridge (CSUN). He has over 25 years experience in both public and private industry accounting. His areas of emphasis are taxation, financial/business planning and systems analysis/design. Mr. Deever is also a registered securities representative.
Kim J. Johanson
Mr. Johanson, Accounting Manager, is a graduate of California Lutheran University, Thousand Oaks (CLU) with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Accounting. He also attended the University of Utah before moving to California. He has 15 years of retail management experience and served for 7 years as a controller for a manufacturing firm. His areas of emphasis are accounting, individual taxation, and PC based accounting systems.
R. Curtis Dalton, CPA

Mr. Dalton, founding partner, was a graduate of Brigham Young University (BYU) and an alumnus of a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm, Taxation Division. In 1975, Mr. Dalton purchased one of the oldest accounting firms in Northern Los Angeles County and, in the 30 years before his death, molded it along his treasured qualities of character: Knowledge, Fortitude, Honesty and Vision. Our firm is built upon these four standards.
